Q: How much do you charge?
A: $85/hr for a next day service appointment and $125/hr for
expidiated 4 hr response time.
(4 Hour Service must be scheduled by phone)
Q: Do I really need Service?
A: Call us and tell us your problem. We may be able to fix it
over the phone.
Q: Do you charge for travel? (a parking charge may be incurred for calls in the Chicago loop)
A: We charge a $14 travel charge on all calls .

A: We accept company checks, VISA/Mastercard or we can
bill you Net 15.
Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes, we warranty all parts and the labor to install them for 30 days.
